K type glass lined reactor
Glass lined reactor is a composite material product which is lined with glass containing high silica on the inner surface of steel container and firmly adhered to the metal surface by high temperature burning. Therefore, it is an excellent corrosion-resistant equipment.
Glass lined reactor heating method:
1、Water heating
When our production process does not require high temperature, we can use water heating method for heating, water heating system is divided into open and closed two kinds. Open type is simple, it consists of circulating pump, water tank, pipeline and control valve regulator, when using high-pressure water, the mechanical strength of the equipment requires high, the reactor kettle outer surface welded on the snake tube, snake tube and kettle wall has a gap, so that the thermal resistance increases, the effect of heat transfer is reduced.
2、Steam heating
When the production requirements of the heating temperature below 100 ℃ we can use steam heating glass-lined reactor, this is a steam below atmospheric pressure to heat the equipment; when the temperature requirements in the range of 100 ~ 180 ℃, we have to use saturated steam; when the temperature requirements are higher, we have to use high pressure superheated steam for heating.
3、Electric heating
Electric heating is through the resistance wire winding in the glass-lined reactor barrel insulation or installed in the glass-lined reactor from the ad hoc insulator at a distance of several, therefore, the resistance wire and glass-lined reactor body formed between the space gap is not large.
4、Heating with other media
If our production process requires operation at higher temperatures or to avoid the use of high-pressure heating system, other media can be used instead of water and steam, such as mineral oil (275-300 ℃), benzene ether mixture ([wiki]boiling point[/wiki] 258 ℃), molten salt (140-540 ℃), liquid lead (melting point of 327 ℃) and so on.
