Due to the characteristics of the material and specifications of the glass lined reactor and other equipment, coupled with the need to meet the transport conditions of the equipment, so the general reaction kettle and other enamelled equipment can not be fully assembled after the overall shipment, but after a rigorous inspection and qualified, respectively, on the enamel parts of the packaging and shipment to the user's hands, and then after the equipment installation and commissioning.

First of all, it is the inspection work of all enamelled parts of enamelled equipment before installation. When you receive the equipment, must be all the equipment such as glass-lined reactor kettle body, the inner wall of the glass-lined layer, reducer, glass-lined tank, tank cover, glass-lined stirring, etc. for careful inspection, in good condition before signing the receipt of the next step of the installation work can be entered.
The installation principle of enamel reactor: ‘a(chǎn) vertical two centred three horizontal’ method of operation. A vertical refers to the glass enamel stirring shaft and mechanical seal of the static ring of the vertical end face; two in the middle refers to the glass enamel stirrer stirring shaft in the centre of the mechanical seal, the stirring shaft in the centre of the stirring hole; three levels refers to the reaction tank tank body level, reducer level, mechanical seal level;
Installation steps of enamelled reactor:
1. install the enamelled reactor tank body fixedly on the bracket or specific support to find the level with a level;
2. use rubber sheet or sheepskin pads and other soft mats that do not affect the quality of enamelling laid on the bottom of the enamelled reactor, and then slowly put the mixing into the tank on top of the mat;
3. in the mouth of the tank body to put matching PTFE gasket, and then in accordance with the process requirements to turn the reactor tank lid on the orifice orientation after closing the lid; (it is worth noting that the lid should ensure that the tank should be played to a high degree, to avoid the enamel surface of the tank lid and stirring the connection of the axle head to touch, and at the same time, at least two or more people within the tank to support the mixing shaft, in the tank lid when the mixing shaft extends out of the mouth of the pipe must be put in place when lifting flange washer, flange gaskets should be removed! (Protect the four fluorine plastic and then winding two to three times the raw material tape, in order to make the seal effective.)
4. uniformly symmetrical lock enamelled reactor equipped with card (should be symmetrical pairs on the card, and uniform force in three to four times squeeze, *** once *** a person with the same force squeeze) and then install the mechanical seal or stuffing box.
5. Installation of reducer, first open the reducer's fan blade shell, the mixer to position after rotating the motor's fan blade, the mixing shaft and reducer connected to the installation of anti-loosening ring and lock the anti-loosening nut;
6. install the temperature measuring tube: remove the protective grass rope on the mixing and then rotate the mixing to see whether the mixing and temperature measuring tube and barrel are touching.
7. Install the glass-lined discharge valve: before installing the bottom valve, the hand wheel should be screwed to the bottom (i.e. the valve is in closed state) to ensure that the PTFE orifice plate is in the correct sealing centre position. If the PTFE orifice plate is misaligned during installation, the PTFE orifice plate and the spool will not be concentric. The packing in the bottom valve should be pressed regularly and the mechanical parts of the valve should be refuelled regularly. 8.
8. Installation of glass-lined pipe and glass-lined tower: add PTFE gasket at the connection (the thickness of PTFE gasket should be determined according to the weight of the pipe or tower and the deformation of the orifice), which is conducive to the sealing of the orifice.
